SUMMARY
In 2019, Rolex expanded its range by releasing the Yacht-Master 42. Sized for contemporary tastes, the polished white gold case has a substantial wrist presence and adds 2mm in diameter to previous iterations of Rolex’s luxury sports watch. In keeping with other precious metal models in the Yacht-Master range, the rotating bezel is fitted with a media-blasted ceramic insert with polished markers and numerals. The black dial features white gold indices and hands filled with Rolex’s proprietary Chromalight luminescence, a material which provides high levels of contrast and legibility. The watch is secured to the wrist via Rolex’s Oysterflex rubber strap, which suits the watch’s aesthetic and allows it to be dressed up or worn casually.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
