Managed Service

Watches on our Managed Service have been received by Watch Collecting, photographed and are held in a secure third-party offsite facility.

As the buyer you will liaise directly with the seller to make payment. The watch will be released once the vendor confirms receipt of the funds in full, or funds have been received into escrow.

You can collect the watch in person, Tuesday and Wednesday 12.30pm-5.00pm or Friday 12.30pm-4.30pm. Alternatively you can arrange shipping and insurance and have it collected from us on the above specified days.

You can use a courier such as DHL, FED EX, UPS, Parcels2go, Royal Mail or DPD (if based in the UK)

You create the waybill/label and send this to us to receive the watch. The package can be from 2KG upwards and the box dimensions are 30.5 x 22.9 x 22.9cm

You will need to ensure you have insurance in place. We would suggest using Secursus. Once the courier has been booked, you enter the tracking/waybill number into Secursus site. They cover the parcel for the full value and charge 1% of the final sales price.
