SUMMARY
Launched at Watches and Wonders in March of 2022 to the surprise of collectors and enthusiasts, this new “lefty” is a trailblazing reference being the only GMT-Master II to be offered with a green and black bezel and the first in the model line to have the crown and date aperture positioned at 9 o’clock.
Already earning its nickname the “Sprite”, the watch is presented in a 40mm stainless steel case with wide squared-off lugs synonymous with modern Rolex design. The gloss black dial features white gold hands and applied hour markers filled with Rolex’s Chromalight luminous material to offer superior legibility to the wearer. A fourth GMT hand, finished in green, can be referenced against the 24-hour bezel to track multiple time zones simultaneously.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
