SUMMARY
Launched in the late 1990s, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph is a much-loved version of AP’s iconic Gérald Genta-penned sports watch. The case of this 2021 example is sized for contemporary tastes at 41mm and boasts an impressive height ofjust 10.8mm. Finished largely in brushed stainless steel with expertly hand-polished bevels, the watch features a black ‘Grande Tapisserie’ dial with contrasting sub-registers. Internally, the watch is powered by the calibre 3285, which offers chronograph functionality and a 40-hour power reserve.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
