ABOUT THIS WATCH
- To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Sea–Dweller, Rolex introduced the reference 126600 in 2017
- The watch features some key updates over its predecessor including a case size increase to 43mm, and for the first time on the Sea-Dweller, the iconic cyclops date magnifier at three o’clock
- The distinctive red ‘SEA-DWELLER’ script on the dial returns to the watch after an absence of five decades
- The watch features a hard-wearing black Cerachrom dive bezel and an equally utilitarian ‘Oyster’ bracelet
- A waterproofness of 1,200 metres (4,000 feet) comes courtesy of a trip-lock screw-down crown and a helium escape valve
- Housed inside the stainless steel case is Rolex’s calibre 3235 movement, an automatic movement with a 70-hour power reserve
