SUMMARY
Few watches combine real history, versatile style, and quality watchmaking like the Datejust. A model that seamlessly crosses over from dressy to sporty, it’s been a staple in Rolex’s catalogue since 1945. This example is sized for contemporary tastes at 41mm with a smooth bezel. The sunburst blue dial features white gold hands and a magnified date aperture at 3 o’clock. A screw-down crown affords 100m of waterproofness. Powering the watch is Rolex's latest generation calibre 3235 movement, which features a 70-hour power reserve, chronometer certification and is tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
