ABOUT THIS WATCH

  • A favourite amongst enthusiasts and collectors, the Rolex Explorer blends timeless design and versatility with a long and celebrated history
  • This historically significant reference was the first generation Explorer to feature a substantially larger 39mm case
  • Presented in steel with a matte black dial and the emblematic 3, 6, and 9 hour markers
  • This earlier ‘Mark 1’ version features solid white gold arabic numerals which were later phased out for luminous-filled markers, making them particularly sought-after amongst collectors
  • Housed inside the 100m waterproof case is the robust and reliable 3132, which is chronometer-certified and equipped with a 48-hour power reserve
  • The watch is paired to a satin-finished Oyster bracelet
