SUMMARY
The reference 16610 represents the very last generation of classically proportioned pre-ceramic Submariners. Striking the perfect balance between traditional looks and modern build quality, the watch features a refined and classical shape, unlike the squared lugs and oversize feel of modern Rolex sports watches. The case measures 40mm in diameter and has a uni-directional rotating bezel with a black aluminium insert. This example features a tritium dial as signified by the ‘T<25’ at 6 o’clock. Favoured by collectors, this luminous material fades to a characterful patina.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
