• In 2019, Bugatti turned 110 years old and to celebrate this milestone and to inaugurate its partnership with the hypercar brand, Jacob & Co. created the Epic X Chrono Bugatti, a limited edition of 110 pieces, one for every year that Bugatti has been in existence
• Measuring a substantial 47mm across with distinctive steep lugs that traverse onto the dial to form an ‘X’, this distinctive watch is a left-field choice in the world of luxury sports chronographs
• ​The case is crafted from lightweight, stealthy carbon fiber paired with a black carbon dial
• Adding a pop of colour is a vertical stripe with the colours of the French flag and the Bugatti logo to honour the french car manufacturer
• The dark theme is continued with the two chronograph pushers and the two crowns positioned on either side of the case; the crown at three o’clock adjusts the time, whilst the other at 10 o’clock controls the inner bezel
• The watch is equipped with a water resistance of 200 metres
• Meanwhile, the attached black rubber strap amplifies its sporty appearance
• Beneath the sapphire caseback beats Jacob & Co’s in-house calibre JCAA05, an automatic Swiss made movement with a 48-hour power reserve
