This one-owner 2022 Submariner ref. 126618LB was purchased new from a Rolex authorised dealer and is accompanied by the display box, outer box, warranty card, sleeve, booklet, swing tag and a spare link where the bracelet has been sized. Rolex’s five-year international warranty covers this example until 2027. The vendor advises the watch is in good working order and has graded it ‘A’ for condition. The images appear consistent with that assessment, showing only minor hairline marks.

This ref. 126618LB is finished in a handsome combination of blue and gold and brings a luxurious feel to this rugged and robust tool watch. As a current generation Submariner, the case benefits from some subtle revisions, including a slightly larger 41mm size and a slimming of the lugs. The watch is paired to a solid gold bracelet that incorporates a Glidelock system in the clasp - offering up to 20mm of incremental tool-free adjustment to the wearer. The dial has a striking electric blue finish which is complemented by a “Cerachrom” bezel insert made from scratch-resistant ceramic. Yellow gold has been used to create the hour markers and hands with gilt-style script pairing nicely with the gold’s warm tones. Housed inside the 300m waterproof case is the calibre 3235. This automatic movement is chronometer-certified and tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day. The power reserve is rated at 70 hours.

This modern Submariner continues to build on the model’s formidable legacy. Despite its transition into the realms of luxury, its underlying character as a robust and reliable tool watch is well and truly intact.
