Offered for auction from a private seller, this 2022 Rolex Sky-Dweller comes fully equipped with its boxes, booklet, warranty card, swing tabs and a spare link. Naturally, Rolex’s 5-year international covers the watch until 2027. Presented in very good condition with the clasp sticker still on, it is consistent with the seller’s ‘AA’ grading.

The 42mm case and Oyster bracelet are finished in 18K yellow gold, a luxurious precious metal maximizing heft and wrist presence. The fluted bezel, which acts as a ‘Ring Command’, is directly connected to the movement and aids in setting the watch.

The black dial balances the gold construction and features an inner ring for tracking a second time zone, and small apertures around the perimeter indicate the month. Housed underneath the screw-down caseback is Rolex’s most complicated movement, the calibre 9001. Equipped with 72-hours of power reserve, it is both chronometer-certified and tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day.

The Sky-Dweller was introduced in 2012 as the ultimate luxury travel companion. It incorporates Rolex’s most complicated movement, offering the wearer the convenience of an annual calendar and dual-time functionality.
