SUMMARY
Paying tribute to the world of music in its own unique way, Audemars Piguet released five Royal Oak Offshore Music Edition pieces last year. Available in different sizes and materials, all watches feature an equaliser dial, knurled lug plots that emulate the look of jack plugs and crown guards with grooves that reflect the fader on a mixing console. This example is presented in a 43mm titanium case, delivering plenty of wrist presence while remaining light on the wrist. Typical of AP’s high level of finishing, sharp transitions between brushed and polished surfaces highlight the watchmaker’s attention to detail. The tapisserie dial that the Royal Oak family of watches is famous for has been cleverly re-interpreted to echo the coloured bars on an equaliser. Continuing the colourful theme, the watch is supplied with three additional rubber straps in blue, yellow and green.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
