Sell it with usOffered by a private vendor, this full set 2021 Rolex Yacht-Master 42 is presented with its display box, outer box, warranty card, booklets and swing tags. Rolex’s five-year international warranty provides cover until 2026. The vendor advises the watch is unworn and its condition appears to be within the bounds of their ‘AA’ grading.
In 2019, Rolex expanded its Yacht-Master range by releasing the Yacht-Master 42. Sized for contemporary tastes, the polished white gold case has substantial wrist presence, adding 2mm in diameter to previous iterations. In keeping with other precious metal models in the range, the rotating bezel is fitted with a ceramic insert that’s media blasted with polished markers and numerals. The gloss black dial features gold indices and hands filled with Rolex’s proprietary “Chromalight” luminescence - providing high levels of contrast and legibility.
Housed underneath the screw-down case back is Rolex’s latest generation calibre 3235, equipped with a 70-hour power reserve. It’s also chronometer certified and tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day. The watch is secured to the wrist via Rolex’s “Oysterflex” rubber strap, which suits the watch’s aesthetic and allows it to be dressed up or worn casually. It also offers the wearer the convenience of up to 20mm of tool-free adjustment thanks to the Glidelock clasp.
