Sell it with usOffered by a private vendor, this 2021 Rolex Yacht-Master ref. 126621 is accompanied by its box, warranty card and sleeve. The watch shows some light signs of wear, and its condition is within the bounds of the seller’s ‘A’ grading.
The 40mm polished case of the Yacht-Master presents in a more refined and fluid shape than the slab-sided shape of other Rolex sports watches. It’s also thinner and more wrist-friendly at 11.5mm. The bi-directional rotating bezel on this ref. 126621 is made from rose gold, and media blasted with raised and polished markers. Also fashioned from rose gold is the trip-lock screw-down crown, which affords 100m of water resistance. The black dial features large ‘maxi’ hour markers and hands made from gold and filled with Rolex’s proprietary ‘Chromalight’ luminescence. The ‘ROLEX’ script and coronet appears in a gilt tone to match the gold elements, and the red ‘YACHT-MASTER’ name provides a splash of colour. The watch is powered by the in-house calibre 3235, which has a 70-hour power reserve and is both chronometer-certified and tested after casing from +2 to -2 seconds per day.
This Yacht-Master is among the latest generation in the model line, initially launched in 1992 as a more upscale and dressy alternative to the Submariner. The watches are characterised by rugged dependability and luxurious materials.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
