Sell it with usThis one-owner Rolex Sea-Dweller, Ref 126603, was purchased from Harrods London in June 2021. This iconic Rolex diver’s model appears to be within the bounds of the vendor’s ‘A’ grading with signs of minor wear on the case, bezel and bracelet. The watch is accompanied by its display box, proof of purchase, Rolex warranty card, user manual, plus additional links should the buyer wish to extend the bracelet.
This 2021 timepiece is the latest generation of Rolex’s legendary Sea-Dweller diver’s watches. Its black dial reflects the original watch’s design which launched in 1967. Its ‘ceramic ‘Cerachrom’ bezel is set upon a 43mm stainless steel case, which is fitted to a stainless steel and yellow gold ‘Oyster’ bracelet. The whole design exudes a rugged sophistication that only a Rolex diver’s watch can offer. It is powered by Rolex’s 3235 caliber. In addition to being chronometer certified, it has a power reserve of approximately 70 hours.
The Sea-Dweller was originally designed with the conquest of the deep in mind, and is waterproof up-to 1,200 meters (4,000 feet). The Sea-Dweller originally launched with a gas escape valve, which was developed by Rolex to safely release helium trapped in the watch whilst decompressing without compromising the watch’s water resistance. Rolex still retains this feature on the Sea-Dweller today.
