Sell it with usThis full set Rolex Daytona ref. 116528LN was purchased new by the vendor from an authorised dealer in the UK in 2021. It’s accompanied by the display box, outer box, warranty card, sleeve, booklets and swing tags. Rolex’s five-year international warranty provides cover until 2026. The vendor advises the watch is in perfect condition and has been handled at the point of retail. They’ve graded the condition as ‘AA’ and the images appear to be consistent with that assessment.
This 2021 evolution of the Rolex Daytona features a captivating meteorite dial. Technically speaking, the watch maintains the features of models from years past including the perfectly sized 40mm case (crafted here in 18K yellow gold), “Cerachrom” bezel with tachymeter scale and Rolex’s versatile Oysterflex rubber strap. However, the dial gives this watch a personality of its own and really catapults it to new heights in the Daytona range. Adding contrast are black sub-registers at 3,6 and 9 o’clock, and gold hour markers and hands.
Housed inside the case is Rolex’s first in-house chronograph movement. The calibre 4130 was introduced in 2000 and has powered the Daytona ever since. It’s equipped with an impressive 72-hour power reserve in addition to being chronometer certified. A screw-down crown and pushers afford 100m of waterproofness and further add to its versatility.
