This Rolex Daytona ref. 116503 was purchased new by the vendor from a Rolex authorised dealer. The watch is accompanied by its outer and display box, warranty card, booklet and purchase receipt. Rolex’s five-year international warranty provides cover until 2026. The vendor advises the watch is unworn, and its condition appears to be within the bounds of their ‘AA’ grading.

Presented in two-tone, this reference 116503 offers the best of both worlds, the versatility of steel with the added luxury of 18K yellow gold. Presented in a 40mm stainless steel case, it incorporates a gold bezel engraved with a tachymeter scale, screw-down crown and pushers, bracelet centre links and the hands and hour markers. The dial is gloss black with three sub-registers to display the chronograph timing and constant seconds. The ‘DAYTONA’ script wrapped around the sub-register at 6 o’clock offers a hint of colour. Housed inside the case is the in-house calibre 4130 that has been powering the motorsport chronograph since 2000. The movement is chronometer-certified and boasts a power reserve of 72 hours.

The ref. 116503 offers value in the Daytona range relative to its all-steel counterparts. The watch has a timeless aesthetic with all the hallmarks which make the Daytona such a desirable and sought-after watch amongst collectors.
