RolexDatejust 36

From a private seller, this one-owner Rolex Datejust 36 is being auctioned as new. The watch is accompanied by its box, booklets, warranty card and swing tags. Rolex’s guarantee policy covers the watch until 2026. Presented in mint and unworn condition, it is in line with the seller’s ‘AA’ grading.

Traditionally sized at 36mm the steel case features Rolex’s fluted bezel crafted from 18K yellow gold. Also finished in yellow gold are the hands, indices, Rolex coronet, crown and Oyster bracelet centre links. This reference we see here incorporates a rather unconventional champagne dial, called ‘a Fluted-Motif’ by Rolex, giving the Datejust a breathe of fresh air. The watch is powered by Rolex’s latest generation calibre 3235 movement, which has a 70-hour power reserve, chronometer certification and is tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day. The watch is secured to the wrist via an Oyster bracelet, equipped with an Easylink extension for tool-free adjustment.

The Datejust has cemented itself as a true icon of watchmaking and has maintained a classic and timeless design since its introduction in 1945.
