Sell it with usThis 2020 Rolex Sea-Dweller ref. 126660 was purchased new by the vendor from an authorised dealer in the UK. It’s accompanied by the display box, warranty card, sleeve, booklets and swing tags. Rolex’s five-year international warranty provides cover until 2025. The vendor advises the watch is in new, unworn condition and put in storage immediately after purchase. They have graded its condition as ‘AAA’ and the images appear to be consistent with that assessment.
To celebrate the Sea-Dweller’s 50th anniversary, Rolex introduced the reference 126600 in 2017. Still a fully-equipped dive instrument, some key updates were made from the previous generation. The case was increased to 43mm, and for the first time on a Sea-Dweller, Rolex applied its iconic cyclops date magnifier. Fans of vintage references will appreciate the introduction of the red “SEA-DWELLER” script - a nod to the first models released in the late 1960s. A trip-lock screw-down crown and helium escape valve afford the watch with an impressive 4000 feet of water resistance.
Attached to the case is an Oyster bracelet that incorporates a dive extension and Rolex’s Glidelock system into the clasp, providing the wearer with up to 20mm of tool-free adjustment. Housed underneath the screw-down caseback is Rolex’s latest generation calibre 3235 movement, which features a 70-hour power reserve, chronometer certification, and is tested after casing to a tolerance of +2 to -2 seconds per day.
