Sell it with usPurchased new by the vendor from an authorised dealer, this full set Rolex Datejust 31 ref. 278274 is presented with its display box, outer box, warranty card, booklets, swing tags and a spare link. In addition to Rolex’s five-year international warranty, the Watches of Switzerland Group provides a further five years, meaning the watch is covered until 2030. Some marks and swirls are visible on the case and bracelet, consistent with regular wear and its overall condition appears to be within the bounds of the vendor’s ‘A’ grading.
This current generation Datejust 31 is finished in stainless steel and paired with an Oyster bracelet. It features Rolex’s iconic and eye-catching fluted bezel, which is crafted from 18K white gold. Adding further visual interest is the sunburst salmon dial, complemented by white gold hands and baton hour markers. A screw-down crown affords 100m of water resistance - highlighting the Datejust’s versatility as a watch suitable for any occasion.
Internally, the watch is powered by the in-house calibre 2236. This automatic movement has a 55-hour power reserve and is both chronometer-certified and tested after casing to +2 to -2 seconds per day.
Few watches combine history, versatile style and quality watchmaking like the Datejust. A model that seamlessly crosses over from dress to sport, it’s been a staple in Rolex’s catalogue since 1945.
