SUMMARY

Finished in lightweight titanium, Tudor’s flagship diver measures 42mm in diameter and is as functional as it is idiosyncratic. Drawing on Tudor’s history of crafting a line of similar watches for the French navy during the 1970s, the Pelagos is immediately recognisable thanks to its unusual LHD-mounted crown positioned on the left side of the case. Beige-coloured hour markers and hands, 'roulette' date wheel, bezel markers, individually numbered caseback - including the brand’s signature ‘snowflake’ hour hand - contrast with the matt black dial and provide this robust ocean-dweller with superior legibility whether the wearer is on land or sea.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.

The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading. Watch Collecting requests a range of detail about the lot from the seller, and performs a level of due diligence. However, bidders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of the description, and conduct any research they feel is necessary before committing to a bid.
