SUMMARY

The Omega Seamaster 300 was released at Baselworld 2014 and blends vintage design cues with modern construction and dimensions. Inspired by the original Seamaster 300 released in 1957, the watch is presented in a more contemporary 41mm case. The watch is available in several iterations, including a titanium version, as we see in this example. Apart from being substantially lighter than its steel counterpart, it’s also distinguished by a handsome blue dial - a colour only available on the titanium model.

The hour markers and distinctive ‘broad arrow’ hands are filled with an ecru-coloured Super-LumiNova to echo the look of vintage examples. The rotating dive bezel contains a scratch-resistant ceramic insert with Omega’s ‘Liquidmetal’ technology used to mark the dive scale. On the watch’s underside, a sapphire case back displays the in-house calibre 8400. This master chronometer movement is equipped with Omega’s co-axial escapement, and twin mainspring barrels that deliver 60-hour of power reserve.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.

Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.

The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
