SUMMARY
The Heuer Carrera is one of the most honoured watches in TAG’s lineup. Clean and utilitarian, it debuted over half a century ago and helped set a course for decades of watch design that goes far beyond the confines of racing watches or chronographs. This contemporary Flyback Chronograph features a 43mm case coated with titanium carbide, matched with a black perforated leather strap, a style often seen on racing chronographs. The dial is classic Carrera with two chronograph sub-registers and subtle red accents on the hands. The movement within is the Calibre 36 which is TAG Heuer’s version of the legendary Zenith El Primero movement. This high-frequency chronograph movement is equipped with a 50-hour power reserve.
