RolexSubmariner

Introduced at Baselworld 2012, the ref. 114060 defined a new era of Submariner design. The ‘no date’ Sub was updated with some significant changes from its predecessor, not least the case revisions, which added additional thickness to the lugs.

The old metal bezel insert was replaced with Rolex’s ‘Cerachrom’ ceramic version, providing additional robustness and scratch resistance. Larger hour markers and hands were also applied to the dial, with all these changes adding up to a watch that wears for more substantially than its stated 40mm dimensions. Powering the watch is the robust and reliable calibre 3130, a Chronometer certified movement with a 48-hour power reserve.

This 2014 example is presented in worn condition with marks and swirls visible on the case and bracelet. The sale includes the box, guarantee card, booklet and swing tags.
