SUMMARY

In 2001, Cartier introduced the Roadster with the idea of blending its speciality of non-round case designs with a robust sports watch. Inspired by the automobile industry the Roadster picks up the sweeping body lines of what Cartier calls the "golden age of the sports car" in the 1950s. This particular Cartier Roadster features Arabic numerals instead of Cartier's typical Roman numerals. The effect is sporty and entirely unique to this model. This 38mm Roadster features the Cartier self-winding calibre 3110 movement. It is offered with a presentation box and booklets and was bought by the vendor in 2002.
