ABOUT THIS WATCH
- The Rolex Submariner 16613 ‘Bluesy’ is an appealing neo-vintage reference featuring a striking blue dial and bezel, which come paired with a stainless steel and 18K yellow gold case and bracelet
- This was the last generation of two-tone Submariner to feature an aluminium bezel insert, and with more classical proportions, offer an appealing blend of modern build quality and old-school styling
- The watch retains all of its tool watch qualities including 300m of waterproofness and a rotating dive bezel
- This '90s example features a tritium dial, as signified by the ‘T<25’ designation at 6 o’clock
- Only available on earlier examples of the 16613, these dials are favoured by collectors for their patination
- Internally, this iteration of the Submariner is powered by the tried and tested calibre 3135 movement, which is chronometer-certified and equipped with a 48-hour power reserve
