Sell it with usII with a more refined 18K yellow gold case. The watch is classically proportioned and features a bi-directional rotating bezel, which is used in conjunction with a fourth hand to display a second time zone.
Gilt text on the dial ties in neatly with the watch’s aesthetic and is complemented by yellow gold hands and hour markers. Attached to the case are a brown leather strap and gold-coloured steel deployant clasp. Rolex’s in-house calibre 3185 movement provides COSC-certified timekeeping and a 48-hour power reserve.
The watch is presented in good condition, with the case developing a nice patina over time where’s it’s been left unpolished. There are some visible marks and swirls commensurate with age. Also included in the sale are the box, purchase receipt, certificate of authenticity, translation manual, calendar card, and a spare Rolex leather strap and pin-buckle.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
