This 1958 Rolex Oyster Perpetual ref. 6564 is being offered by an established UK-based watch dealer and is supplied with a 12-month guarantee and Watch Register certificate. Also accompanying the watch is its original guarantee papers, which is extremely rare to find on a watch of this age. Signs of wear are visible on the case, crystal and bracelet, and the dial has patinated to a ‘tropical’ brown colour. The watch’s overall condition is within the bounds of the seller’s ‘B’ grading.

The watch measures 34mm in diameter - a versatile size to suit all wrist sizes. Despite its production dating to the 1950s, the watch has a timeless design with its steel Oyster case and bracelet. The ‘tropical’ dial has applied indices and a coronet at 12 o’clock. Housed inside the case is the self-winding calibre 1030 - a chronometer-certified movement beating at 18,000vph.
