ABOUT THIS WATCH

• With enthusiasts and collectors calling for a more refined GMT watch from Tudor, the brand responded by releasing the Black Bay Pro in 2022
• Offered in a more wrist-friendly and classically sized 39mm case, the design is clearly inspired by the vintage 1655 Explorer II from sister brand, Rolex
• The watch features attributes seen across the Black Bay range including the robust case and oversize crown but introduces a radial brushed 24-hour fixed bezel and yellow GMT hand
• The result is a handsome and versatile travel companion with the ability to track multiple time zones simultaneously
• Also new for this reference, but not immediately apparent, are the ceramic monobloc hour markers which provide larger areas of luminescence and therefore better legibility to the wearer
• The hands are a classic “snowflake” shape in honour of vintage Tudor references, and a date aperture is positioned at 3 o’clock.
• Housed inside the case is the manufacture calibre MT5652
• This automatic movement is chronometer-certified and equipped with a 70-hour power reserve
• The watch is paired with a stainless steel bracelet with rivet-style polished sides and a folding clasp with a safety catch
