SUMMARY
The Aquaracer is the dive watch within the Tag Heuer collection, and the Professional 1000 Superdiver takes this designation rather seriously. The size of the case is increased to 45mm and is now constructed from Titanium, which makes the watch rather light on the wrist. Rated to 1000m of water resistance, this reference is an ISO 6425:2018 certified watch designed to be used by saturation divers. It is worth noting this watch also features a helium escape valve.
The no-frills dial is textured with horizontal lines and is equipped with large hands and hour markers, some with a splash of orange for added legibility, but all filled with Super-LumiNova. The bezel is a ceramic insert with a 60-minute counter and more orange colouring for when light conditions are less than stellar.
Internally, this robust dive watch is powered by the calibre TH30-00, which is based on the Tudor MT5612 and features a 70-hour power reserve.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
