Panerai LUMINOR MARINA

This one-owner Panerai Luminor was bought new from Bucherer. Sold as full set, with the booklets and box, it also comes with a spare rubber strap. Presented with some light marking around the case, it is consistent with the seller’s ‘A’ grading.

The 44mm case is constructed from titanium, a lighter and stronger alternative to steel. The dark brown “sandwich” style dial has cut-outs for the numerals and indices, revealing a luminous disk underneath. Running seconds are displayed at 9 o’clock, and a date window is viewable at 3 o’clock. Inside beats Panerai’s in-house P. 5000 calibre - an hand-wound movement with eight-days of power reserve. Attached to the case is a factory brown leather strap with contrast stitching and a titanium pin buckle.

Based on Panerai’s trademark Luminor range, this reference capitalizes on the advantages of titanium to provide the wearer with a lighter and more durable timepiece.
