SUMMARY
Created to celebrate IWC Schaffhausen’s long-term sponsorship of the multiple title-winning Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team, this 2022 watch is an F1-inspired version of the Swiss brand’s much-loved Pilot’s Chronograph. This reference reflects the colour scheme of the team’s 2022 challenger thanks to the grey tones of the 41mm titanium case, and the turquoise dial details and strap. This detailed rubber strap also incorporates IWC’s latest EasX-CHANGE system which allows quick tool-free changes. Underlining this IWC’s sporting credentials is the fact that it has been seen on the wrists of drivers George Russell, Lewis Hamilton, and team principal Toto Wolff.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
