SUMMARY

Launched in 2005, the Hublot Big Bang is the luxury Swiss watchmaker’s flagship reference. Thanks to the bold design and use of contemporary materials, it’s garnered the attention of collectors around the globe. This reference was introduced 15 years after the original Big Bang was released and has various updates to the design.

Presented with a smaller size of 42mm to accommodate the integrated bracelet, which has been a mainstay in the ‘luxury sports watch’ segment since the 70s. The pushers are the same style as those seen on the original 2005 model, and the designers used the new bracelet as inspiration. The sleeker design is matched with a dial that’s easier to read thanks to large simple indices which replace the Arabic numerals. The skeletonised dial showcases the HUB1280, a flyback chronograph movement with a 72-hour power reserve.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
