SUMMARY
A traditionally more conservative design, the Cartier Santos was given a redesign in 2018 to bring it more in line with contemporary tastes, and this watch - a reference WSSA0030 finished in brushed stainless steel with a blue dial - is part of that family. In addition to the refreshed appearance, this latest generation of Cartier’s instantly-recognisable sports watch is fitted with the brand’s patented QuickSwitch system, which allows the wearer to remove and change their watch’s current strap at the push of a button. Beneath the screw-down rear beats Cartier’s 1847 MC calibre, a tried-and-tested automatic movement that takes its name from the year in which the Cartier fashion house was founded.
