ZenithPilot Type 20 Blueprint

Sold as a one-owner watch, the seller bought it new from a retail dealer in 2021. Offered as a full set, it comes with the presentation box, swing tag, warranty card, USB drive and proof of purchase. Presented without any visible marking on the case or bracelet, the watch is within the bounds of its ‘AA’ grading.

The steel construction and sharpy downturned lugs help it to sit comfortably on the wrist. Housed inside the case is Zenith’s in-house automatic calibre 679, which features automatic winding and 50 hours of power reserve. Interestingly, the blue dial shows the production plans that went into making the actual dial, an industry first. Fitted with a blue leather strap, the theme of blue and white is prevalent throughout the watch.

Celebrating Zenith’s early pilot’s watches and retaining the overall design languages, this is not only an important piece for the brand but an innovative one as well that introduces the production plans into the finished product.
