Ulysse Nardin Marine

Ulysse Nardin is a Swiss watchmaker closely associated with the nautical world through its manufacturing of highly accredited marine chronometers. This Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronograph combines the brand’s maritime heritage with more dressy characteristics. The 43mm case features distinctive solid lugs that are short and downturned, helping the large case to sit comfortably on the wrist. Large screwed pins on the side give the feeling of robustness, as do the pronounced scalloped edges of the bezel. Moving to the dial, stylised Roman numerals mark the hours, with sub-registers displaying the month of the year and chronograph timing. Powering the watch is the calibre UN-153, a self-winding movement with a 52-hour power reserve that can be appreciated through the exhibition caseback.

This 2021 example is presented in mint condition, with the clasp still sealed in its protective plastic. This is within the bounds of the seller’s AA grading. Included in the sale are the original box and guarantee.
