SUMMARY
The Calatrava line forms the foundation of Patek Philippe’s traditionally styled watches. The ‘Holy Trinity watchmaker launched the reference 5227R-001 in 2013 which features a polished 39mm rose gold case. Its classic dress watch aesthetic is exemplified by the polished case and ivory dial, complemented by applied gold markers and a dimpled minute track. Underneath the hinged Officer's Style case back, a sapphire crystal displays the calibre 324 SC movement, which is elaborately decorated with Côte de Genève across the bridges and 21K gold winding rotor. The watch is paired with a factory alligator strap and linked to a rose gold pin buckle.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
