This full set Patek Philippe ref. 5396R is offered by a private collector who notes that they are the original owner. The vendor states that it is in pristine condition and never worn. The watch is accompanied by its outer box, presentation box, ‘Certificate of Origin’, spare factory alligator strap, leather document folder, instruction booklet, date corrector tool and swing tag. The watch condition appears to be within the bounds of the vendor’s ‘AA’ grading.

The dial of this Patek Philippe is beautifully presented in silvery opaline with gold applied hour markers. Also displayed on the dial are the complication indicators, including the day of the week, the date, month, moon phases and 24-hour display. The watch movement is an ‘in-house’ mechanical self-winding automatic calibre 324 S QA LU 24H. The sapphire-crystal case back provides a superb exhibition display of the movement, complete with Patek Philippe’s highest quality finishing and the stamped Patek Philippe seal. The 21K gold rotor also displays the engraved Calatrava Cross. The water resistance is listed as 30 meters.

The Patek Philippe annual calendar was invested by the watchmaker and originally launched in 1996. It’s now a highly established model that continues Patek Philippe’s tradition for horological complications combined with the finest levels of watchmaking.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
