Grand SeikoSBGA415

This ref. SBGA415 is one of four watches launched in Grand Seiko’s ‘Seasons’ collection. Its design is inspired by the winter months in Japan, with an intricate grey dial made to evoke the gathering snow. The 40mm titanium 62GS case, with its angular and nuanced shape, pays tribute to one of the brand’s historical references, and It’s been expertly hand-finished at Grand Seiko’s Studio using the company’s signature Zaratsu polishing technique. Inside the case is the Spring Drive calibre 9R65. This interesting movement is exclusive to Seiko and combines traditional mechanical components with a quartz oscillator. The result is an incredibly accurate movement that runs +1 to -1 seconds per day and is characterised by a mesmerising seconds hand that glides around the dial. Attached to the case is a titanium bracelet with fine polishing applied to the centre links and shoulders of each outer link.

This 2021 example is presented with its box, guarantee, spare links, and swing tag. The watch’s condition is within the bounds of the seller’s A grading. The Grand Seiko worldwide warranty covers the watch for five years from the date of purchase.
