SUMMARY
Timeless design and modern functionality come together to create the Superocean Heritage range. As its name suggests, this chronometer is water resistant up to 200m, but offers the styling of the original 1950s model. Breitling has a long-standing association with dive watches in addition to its aviation heritage. The SuperOcean Heritage II range was released in 2017 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Superocean namesake.
This reference features a 42mm stainless steel case and black dial, which follows the legibility-first approach of many dive watches, incorporating large hands and hour markers. The unidirectional bezel is also finished in black and features a ceramic insert. The watch is matched with a mesh bracelet for that extra vintage aesthetic and features a folding clasp. Internally, the watch is powered by the Breitling B20 calibre which is equipped with a 70-hour power reserve.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
