Sell it with usThe Planet Ocean “Deep Black” series offers a combination of Omega’s most cutting-edge features. The case, crown and helium escape valve are made from zirconium oxide ceramic, whilst liquid metal technology is used to display the scale on the uni-directional dive bezel. The robust case construction and screw-down crown afford the watch a water resistance of 600 metres.
All this is complemented by a GMT movement, which displays two time zones simultaneously. Omega’s Co-Axial Master caliber 8906 offers 60 hours of power reserve, a silicon balance spring and is resistant to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss.
The case on this Emirates Team New Zealand (ETNZ) edition measures a substantial 45.5mm across, however, the restrained lug-to-lug length and light ceramic construction help it to sit comfortably on the wrist. The ETNZ branding is subtle and confined to the caseback, with red, white, and blue accents on the dial, bezel, and rubber strap. A 10-minute scale on the bezel is made for timing countdowns at a regatta’s commencement.
The watch is presented in excellent condition with no obvious signs of wear. Also included in the sale are the box and papers.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
