Numbered 21 of just 28 examples, this limited edition Arnold & Son Time Pyramid Tourbillon is offered by an established UK-based dealer. It’s accompanied by its display box, certificate of origin and swing tag. Some very light swirls are visible on the case, and the watch’s overall condition appears to be within the bounds of the seller’s ‘A’ grading.

The standout feature of this technically impressive watch is the calibre A&S 8615. Inspired by the aesthetic of traditional clocks, the movement was built from the ground up and takes on a distinctive pyramid form. Breaking from conventional architecture, the tourbillon sits atop all other components, with the time and subsidiary seconds displayed below in sub-registers. At 10 and 2 o’clock, power reserve indicators correspond to the twin mainspring barrels.

The case is crafted from 18K rose gold and finished in a high polish. It’s nuanced with a crown at 6 o’clock, enhancing the overall symmetry and uncluttered look. The watch is secured to the wrist via a factory alligator strap and gold pin buckle.

After re-launching in 1995, Arnold & Son has continued to reference its past by creating ‘Haute Horologie’ pieces inspired by traditional clocks and watches.

All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
