Sell it with usThis one-owner Tudor Black Bay Bronze ref. 79250BM was purchased new by the vendor from an authorised dealer in 2019. Also included is a spare brown leather strap and signed Tudor pin buckle. The vendor notes the watch is in good working order and has graded it ‘A’ for condition. The images appear consistent with that assessment, showing some light patina consistent with a case made from bronze.
Tudor expanded its successful Black Bay range in 2016 by releasing a bronze version as we see here. The watch encompasses all the attributes that have made the model line successful but introduced this new material and a more substantial 43mm case. The dial and aluminium bezel insert are finished in brown, nicely complementing the tones of the bronze. An “Explorer” style layout sees Arabic numerals positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, which pays homage to early Submariners and gives it a nice vintage touch.
Offering vintage design cues with modern construction, the oversize screw-down crown, engraved with Tudor’s rose logo, affords the watch 200m of water resistance. Housed inside the case is the chronometer-certified calibre MT5601, which is equipped with a 70-hour power reserve.
Since its reintroduction in 2012, the Black Bay range has become a much-loved staple of the Tudor watch family thanks to its range of high-quality construction, tasteful retro design, and hardy character.
