Sell it with usWith classic round cases and structured lines, the Calatrava collection from Patek Philippe has a timeless elegance that has attracted watch lovers for generations. Since the launch of the first Calatrava watch in 1932, the collection has evolved in many ways, yet still maintains a classic and understated perfection.
The Ref. 5524 Calatrava Pilot Travel Time with a second time zone and a local-time and date was launched in 2015 with a white-gold case and blue dial. This later rose-gold version with a brown dial and black gradation followed shortly afterwards. It proved a refined and bold debut for an inimitable timepiece that pays tribute to Patek Philippe’s traditional aviator's watches.
This handsome timepiece boasts a brown sunburst dial with Calatrava Pilot Travel Time, a dual-time zone mechanism indicating local and home time, day/night indication in apertures, gold applied numerals with luminescent coating and a protective sapphire crystal back.
Water resistant to 60 meters, this watch is powered by a mechanical self-winding movement, Caliber 324 S C FUS, fastens with a vintage brown leather strap and boasts a 42mm 18ct rose gold case.
This 2019 watch is sold in absolutely superb condition with the very lightest of wear, with no real discernible marks on the case, caseback, strap or buckle. The presentation set is complete with original stylus, wallets, booklets and paperwork. A pristine example.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
