A rare timepiece, this IWC limited edition Ingenieur is not just a rare watch to be seen in the flesh but rare enough that only a handful of people even know of its existence. The 44.3mm case is constructed from titanium - a lighter, stronger and more resistant alternative to steel. The silver-plated dial features three black sub-registers and light blue hands, creating contrast and enhancing legibility. The factory strap is made from leather and matches the dial’s look with a hint of blue on the stitching. Turning the case over reveals a brake disc inspired caseback, imprinted with the No 76, commemorating that year's Goodwood Members’ Meeting.
Launched in 2018 to celebrate the 76th Goodwood Members’ Meeting and announce the launch of the IWC Racing Team which featured F1 legend David Coulthard racing the iconic Mercedes-Benz SL 300 “Gullwing” in the Salvadori Cup.
IWC-manufactured automatic movement (calibre 69380) with 46 hours power reserve
Screw in crown provides 12 bar water resistance
Soft-iron inner case for protection against magnetic fields
Sapphire glass, convex, antireflective coating on both sides
