Sell it with usThis Vacheron Constantin Traditionelle World Timer reference 86060/000R-8985 is offered by a UK-based dealer as a full set in almost unworn condition, and falls within the bounds of the seller’s rating of ‘AA’ condition. The lot includes boxes, warranty card and swing tag. The watch was originally sold in 2018.
Featuring a 42.5mm 18 carat pink gold case presented on a dark brown alligator leather strap, this Men’s Traditonnelle watch is robust and reliable with a unique world time dial. It is one of the most complete world timer watches on the market providing the time for all 37 different time zones including those that are affected by half or quarter hour increments. The dial itself is made in rose gold with rose gold-tone hands and Arabic numeral hour markers, along with world time cities, 24 hour markers, and minute markers around the outer rim. Set beneath a sapphire crystal glass, the dial displays the hour, minutes, seconds and world time functions with a day/night indicator. A map of the globe is set into the middle of dial.
The watch is powered by a caliber 2460 WT in-house movement, fully visible through an exhibition case back. This movement utilises 27 jewels and is composed of 255 parts. When fully wound it offers a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. One feature of particular note in this watch, is that all indications are adjusted via the winding crown, thus considerably simplifying the use of this highly technical watch.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
