TudorHeritage Black Bay

This 2015 Black Bay is an example of Tudor’s very first release in the model line- one that has become highly successful and brand-defining. Inspired by early Tudor Submariners, the 41mm stainless-steel case features a rotating dive bezel with a blue aluminium insert.

The notable omission of crown guards and an oversize crown also add to the watch’s vintage aesthetic. The matte black dial has the “smiley” script at 6 o’clock as a nod to the past - a layout that has since been discontinued. Housed underneath the screw-down caseback is a modified ETA 2824 with automatic winding and a 38-hour power reserve. With Tudor introducing in-house movements to the range, these ETA based models have become increasingly collectable.

The watch is presented in excellent condition, with factory protective stickers in place on the caseback and deployant clasp. Included in the sale are the box, guarantee, booklet and spare factory fabric strap.
