SUMMARY
The Aqua Terra is perhaps Omega’s most versatile watch. Suitable for any occasion, it combines handsome looks with 150m of water resistance. Introduced into the Seamaster line as a sporty variation with the capability to be dressed up, today the Aqua Terra sits comfortably in the Omega catalogue as an everyday luxury watch with classic design elements.
Omega has been on the wrist of superspy James Bond for the last couple of films, and this limited edition Aquaterra was released in conjunction with the 24th James Bond film “Spectre”. The dial is finished in a pattern inspired by the Bond coat of arms and is also featured towards the tip of the yellow seconds hand.
Internally, the watch is powered by the co-axial calibre 8507G. The oscillating weight is not only skeletonized but also cut and shaped to bear a resemblance to a gun barrel and also features a ‘James Bond’ engraving - all visible through the transparent caseback.
Whether you’re a collector or simply a fan of espionage films, this Aquaterra limited to only 15,007 pieces is something special.
All watches offered for sale are searched and cleared against The Watch Register database and a certificate is available to the winning bidder upon request.
Any watch not covered by a current sales or service warranty should be considered as potentially requiring a service, even if in full working order on the date of purchase.
The description of this auction lot is, to the best of the seller's knowledge, accurate and not misleading.
