ABOUT THIS WATCH
- Introduced in 2007, the Richard Mille RM 016 was the daring Swiss watchmaker’s first rectangular-shaped wrist watch
- Extra flat and tapered slightly for ergonomics, this example is crafted from DLC-treated Grade 5 titanium and features an openworked dial displaying the finely finished movement front and rear
- An additional layer of visual interest is added to the watch courtesy of the blue Arabic numerals, which are finished in the same blue tone as on the Argentinian flag
- The watch’s avant-garde construction is carried over onto the movement - the RMAS7 - which is crafted from titanium and boasts an innovative variable-geometry rotor
- RMAS7 is an automatic movement with a 55-hour power reserve
- A black kevlar strap with a titanium Richard Mille-stamped enhances the reference’s futuristic character
