ABOUT THIS WATCH
- The Luminor Submersible was first introduced in 1998 and inspired by the ‘Egiziano’ dive watch Panerai created for the Egyptian Navy in 1956
- The Submersible takes the robust credentials of the Luminor line, and adds some dedicated dive watch design accents including a rotating timing bezel
- This limited edition Submersible is one of just 500 units produced and features a mechanical depth gauge display around the dial's perimeter
- A perfect complication for a hardcore dive watch like the Submersible, the gauge can be calibrated using the pusher at 10 o'clock and can give a depth reading down to 120 metres
- The watch takes its Pangaea title from the name of explorer Mike Horn's boat
- The watch measures 47mm in diameter and is finished in titanium with the trademark crown guard featuring prominently
- Housed inside the case is the automatic calibre OP XV, which is chronometer certified and equipped with a 42-hour power reserve
